And I vote that the American flag is the best one out there. Coolness in material form. Inspirational besides.

For me, great leaders are trustworthy. You are willing to do whatever they ask because you know they have your best interests at heart and that they will support you in whatever way they can in the thing they're asking you to do. They have proven themselves and have the experience, and consequent wisdom, that engenders this trust. Humility also is a crucial quality...the servant leader model also leads people to trust the leader because they know that person is not in it for self-aggrandizement. And an endearing sense of humor doesn't hurt.
Proper grammar: "ARE Shem and Melchizedek the same person?" You are talking about two people, so you use the plural "are", not the singular "is".
Shem was NOT the brother of Noah. He was the SON of Noah, Rhett. The term "Semitic" traces to the name of Shem. Also, the idea that Shem=Melchizedek is entertained in the Nedarim in the Talmud as well as in the Hebrew Bible (thank you, Wikipedia).

I agree with Jon about the flag. I think most people's feelings about the flag are completely contextual. You associate the flag with personal feelings about what you are told it represents. If you had never heard of America and never seen the flag until now, would it really stand out based on design alone? Also I think it especially does not work backwards when the blue is in the right corner.
